Consultation begins five (5) weeks prior to the event where 70% of the work is done. The coordinator polishes the concept and theme while preparing and overseeing the program. Constant coordination with the suppliers is executed to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. Continuous coordination with the client sand supervision on the actual date of the event is included with 3 staff or 5 staff.
